I admit to being a snob when it comes to the appropriate amount and quality of milk in my various espresso drinks. Owning a cafe with excellent baristas working with me has made me even less humble. I bought this when I was on vacation light years away from an espresso machine in an attempt to stop my cravings. This gadget is incredible and produces such consistently perfect foam, froth and steamed milk with no waste that I am tempted to replace some of my employees with a few of these.;-)Really great product.
