FedEx did not deliver my order properly (they delivered to the wrong address), and when that happened I contacted Theo Chocolate. They were very respectful and courteous and accommodating; they made sure to re-ship my order and used UPS instead. UPS delivered promptly and correctly, and the entire time Theo made sure to stay in contact with me. The chocolate bars were packaged perfectly, as if I stopped by the factory to pick them up. I bought these as gifts as they're my favorite product of Theo's, and for people who have never tried Theo's Chocolate, they're absolutely raving about how delicious and decadent these bars are. Whether or not you're a fan of Theo's, have never tried Theo's Chocolate, or love it but are looking at sharing these bars as gifts, I highly recommend buying your bars here.
