It says debittered, but there is still quite a bitter taste. When I added it to smoothies it really was not great, so I started baking it into cookies and I couldn’t taste it at all! Whether it helped boost my milk supply, I really don’t know. I was taking it more as a support to keep my supply up, so I never had a situation where my supply was low and I needed it to drastically increase. I will say I’ve never had an issue with milk supply when I was using it.It works for the most part, and helps makes milk. I find it clumpy and doesn’t mix that well, so it can be hard to drink. But the taste is better than other brewers yeast products I’ve triedThis product helped to increase my milk supply tremensely. I was tired and stressed and my supply kept dropping. I dipped down to lezz than 1oz per side each time I pumped. As an exclusive pumper this was not on. After two days if using the brewers yeast I was back to pumping 5oz a side. However! It was causing severe gas and digestion problems for my baby so I had to stop. Definitely worth trying it's your having a dip in supplyUsing this I wouldn't say it "doubled" My supply but it did help maintain it throughout the day when your supply natural drops in the evening. I enjoy the nutrients it gives me and honestly perks this sleepy mom up. I mix it with flavored oatmeal before pouring in almond milk, microwave, and then add a spoon full of peanut butter and you have chocolate peanut butter oatmeal which I found super tasty! This is the only way I've made it and I've never had issues with the taste. I tried a smoothy once but it didn't mix well.Hands down… I use this product on my oatmeal and also tea I only use half of a teaspoon. this work wonders I use to produce 4oz in 10-15 minutes now I’m producing 18-22 oz in 10-15 it works instantly. Please mama try it. You won’t regret it.So far so good! Semi long story but if you're trying this for increasing your supply stick around! So I struggled to breast feed with my 1st and never got more than an 1oz from both breasts combined and after 3 months my supply dried up(yes I was pumping every 2 hours day and night with the occasional cluster pumping). I tried every lactation company I could but nothing worked. 2 years later I am now nursing my 2nd child(1month old) my supply has been better 2-3oz almost every pump from both combined but my little one eats a lot! I've had to supplement formula occasionally because of lack of supply. After research I found brewers yeast to be a main if not the main ingredient in all the lactation stuff so I bought this, also read that fenugreek actually decreases supply over time. It's been 24 hrs and only had 1Tbsp so far and I have had to pump almost every hour! I'm still getting 2 oz but instead of 2 oz every 2 hours it's 2oz every hour! I highly reccomend this for increasing supply. I will update this after a week or 2 of use. I don't care for the taste so I add half a Tbsp to my coffee and half a Tbsp to my OatmealHelped with my milk production! I was adding 1 tbsp a day of the unflavored brewers yeast to my coffee and having a difficult time drinking it. This chocolate flavor is a perfect switch and tastes fantastic! I'll save the unflavored for baking as it masks the flavor better.Bought this to make cookies for my wife after our baby was born. They turned out great and she said there was no added taste from the yeast. Will buy this again to make more.
