I too, purchased this milker without any reviews. Upon arrival it is packaged well. Bucket had a few dings, but it is a seamless, stainless bucket which is important for milk collection. I purchased the 3L size which is the smallest. I have 2 Dwarf Nigerian does and with the milking machine I get 2 quarts per milking. The bucket would easily hold twice that. The lines are clearly marked and it is easy to hook up. I found letting it run for a while to pull the air out of the bucket is helpful before milking. Also, using the clips for the milk lines to keep the vacuum between goats works well. The nipple cups are a good size for my goats - even the smaller doe that I had to milk with two fingers. The does appreciate the machine because it is done milking them in 2 to 3 minutes. I thought that was an overstatement, but it really is much quicker. The does do not mind the sound of the machine. The suction releasing from the nipple cup did earn a look, but they stand really well for the machine and they are first time milkers. Upon opening the package, I thought the motor was not adjustable because the dial just says on/off, but if you keep dialing it past on, you will find that it gets stronger the farther you turn it. You will hear the pulsing kick in once the motor is running. The battery is chargeable. So far I have used it for two milkings on one charge. You do not need electricity in your milking area to use it. Very portable, everything fits in a re-usable shopping bag.
