I really wish I had this with my first two pregnancies. I stopped producing milk after 5 to 5 1/2 months with my supply starting to decrease around month 4. But after using this pill for a couple of weeks, my milk is actually increasing and I'm ahead of my baby by one feeding which is awesome for me. I just take one pill in the morning and one at dinner. My baby is now 4 months and cereal ready so maybe I can store my milk which I haven't been able to do till now.??UPDATE: so I've been using this with the lactation tea and I'm still hangin in there but I've noticed if I don't pump, even on the weekends, my supply drops. I know my baby eats about 5oz, probably ready for 6, but I don't think I make that much. I'm trying to get her into food but now my body is doing what is usually does, but just later on. At least I can say I tried....
