We bought a chocolate fountain for our children's birthday parties and this chocolate works great! It melts really easily for the fountain, and the taste is perfect. A great, creamy chocolate. It coats the fruit really well. We added a little oil to thin it out just a bit more for the sake of the fountain, and it did not effect the taste or texture at all. It stayed really nice and smooth. We have purchased this brand twice for the fountain and will use this brand again going forward!
