The macadamias are just as fresh and delicious as the first time I ever had them 30 years ago. I expected that. What I didn't expect is that my local post carrier would be so negligent in delivering my package. I reached out to Rich at Waldo Mall and he unflinchingly sent another package out to me (which was also misdelivered by the carrier, but was promptly brought over to me by the neighbor who received it). I admit the macadamias were pricey, but the customer service at Waldo Mall is priceless. Thanks for the good business, Waldo Mall.
